The recipe for Marinated Salmon with Charmoula Sauce will need 4 skinless salmon fillets, 3 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of cilantro or basil (preferably fresh), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, half of a red onion, salt and pepper. Let’s not forget about Zov’s warm spice mixture that is always a must for this recipe.

Start off by rinsing the salmon in water; cold water. Afterwards pat it dry and rub it with the warm spice mixture on both sides. This is where you should add the salt and pepper as well. The tomatoes have to be diced and placed into a bowl with the cilantro. At this point a nonstick grill pan can be heated at a very high temperature into which the salmon has to sear for 3-4 minutes on either side (be sure it is cooked properly). The olive oil is in case you don’t have a nonstick pan and prepare the salmon in the oven at 350 degrees.
